Have you ever seen somebody do something and you can't help but think "What on earth are you doing?" And you think this because someone is doing something completely unorthodox or stupid or they are doing something that they have no idea how to do. And when you see them doing that thing, you have one of two reactions. The first one is you go and interrupt that person and demand to know what they are doing and why they think they can even attempt to do that. The second one is you just sit there and watch them fail at whatever they are doing or just laugh at them because they look so ridiculous while doing it. Which ever option you do, we all get this facial expression and exclaim "What are you doing?"

What Are You Doing?
